In other words, we are among the elite 38 charities in the U.S. that have received 10 consecutive 4-star ratings from the nation's premier independent nonprofit evaluator Charity Navigator reflecting our sound fiscal management, responsible use of donor dollars and financial strength. We have exciting news to share with you about a new incentive match that will double your investment in Miami Lighthouse. This new Wildflower Foundation challenge of $250,000 per year from The Wildflower Foundation will support Miami Lighthouse's Music and Tactile Art Programs. Gifts qualifying for the dollar-for-dollar match are those from new donors or increased gifts from current donors earmarked to empower blind musicians and artists in our year-round programs. For donors whose last gift was made between September 1, 2017 - August 31, 2018, only the portion of the gift that represents an increase over prior giving will qualify for the match.
The purpose of this challenge is to support year-round music and tactile art programs at Miami Lighthouse to improve employment opportunities and social support for our talented clients.
